Welcome to Rockdale Junior High School! Students in grades 6th through 8th grade attend this campus. We are located at 814 Bushdale in Rockdale, Texas.

We’re excited to announce a mental health program in collaboration with Youth Equipped to Succeed (YES) to help our students build resilience and navigate life’s challenges. The program, featuring topics like emotions and positive self-talk, will be held by grade level on September 25th.
Parents, join us for a meeting at Rockdale Intermediate on Monday at 6 PM!
Car Drop-Off- The blue lines on the map below indicate the designated areas for car drop-off and pick-up. We will operate two lanes through the driveway, with staff outside to assist with traffic flow. If your child is not in the vehicle when it's time to move the cars for dismissal, you'll be directed to pull around through the orange admin parking area to wait. No worries—we’ll be there to help with any confusion. If your child is a car rider, please join the line. Our staff is committed to working quickly and efficiently to ensure all students are safely brought to their cars. Please note that car riders will not be dismissed to parents parked along Bushdale.
Walkers- We will have staff stationed at the crosswalks on Highland and Yokley. Students can also use the sidewalk to walk down to Murray. We ask that students who are walkers be true walkers and not walking to get in a car down the street.
